If you are coming to the Spa for the first time, you should fill out a health information form before your treatment.

Reservation Policy line1line2

For guaranteeing your Sofa GreenSpa reservations, you must authorize the secure payment order forwarded to your mobile phone with Pay-Purchase application after your reservation. Unpaid reservations shall not be considered as final reservations.

Cancellation Policy line1line2

The Spa works on appointment basis and we allocate the entire duration of your appointment to you. If you cannot make your appointment due to whatsoever reason, you must inform us minimum 3 hours before your appointment; if you have made an online reservation, you have to cancel your appointment from my reservations menu.

If you have a package and do not come to an appointment without any notice, it will be deducted from your package. The session shall be considered as completed. The gift vouchers are valid for 3 months. An expired gift voucher can be extended for maximum 3 months against a payment of 80 TRY.

If you cannot come to your appointment on time, you will receive treatment only for the remaining time of your appointment so the next guest with an appointment will not have to wait.

Dress Codeline1line2

When you come to our Spa, you will be provided with personal locker, single use underwear, slippers and bathrobes. Common areas of the Spa (pool, sauna and steam room) are available to men and women and you are kindly asked to wear proper swimming suits / shorts.

Age Limitline1line2

For the assuring comfort of our valuable guests, guests under the age of 15 may use the Spa only with their parents, except the National Holidays and Official Holidays.

Personal Belongingsline1line2

GreenSpa Management is not responsible for your personal belongings lost at the Spa. Please do not bring your valuables with you.
